Irina Lazareanu by Edouard Plongeon for Indie Magazine #34. From Fashion Gone Rogue.

I always liked Irina Lazareanu. She has that ethereal ‘darker’ quality which I came to associate with models such as Mariacarla Boscono. She’s not pure badass in the way that Freja Beha Erichsen is for example- she combines quite an English sense of rockability with a Gothic vibe. I love the evocative, moodily emotional nature of these shots. Although I can’t help thinking that the props are a little contrived…How do you like her in this editorial?
