So Fi and I finally got around to booking our little trip to Paris. I’ve actually not graced the cobbled streets of the City of Light since 2006- far far too long considering it’s a mere train ride away. I suppose the places closest to home ironically tend to be the ones you visit least! We won’t be going til early June, but with the Eurostar you’ve gotta book well in advance- those seats seriously fill up fast. Can’t wait to revisit the ‘done and dusted’ museums, lunch at Cafe de Flore and pick up some goodies at Colette!! Getting in the mood by looking over this old editorial from Black Magazine #11:

With clothes by Chanel, Dior and Alaïa, this editorial has a very ‘dominatrix’ feel to it- I like how the styling doesn’t somehow typify Paris in its entirety. Fi and I will hope to bring you some great street-style fashion shots when we head there (not quite like this of course!) So watch this space.
